The in-filled wall Tuned Mass Damper is formed by which the in-filled wall is separated from the main structure and connected by rigid and damper members. And several in-filled walls are set in the main structure to constitute the MTMD structure systems. In order to research the dynamical response of the structures, the frequency-domain transfer function of steady response of main structure under non-coupling control and its influence facts are analyzed by which the main structure is simplified as series multi-freedom model. And it is testified by the shake-table test of the model in 1/3 scale. As a result, when the in-filled wall TMD is set in the third floor, the frequency-domain response curve can appear characters in double peak value. And the peak value of acceleration is lower, the tune frequency function is more remarkable. While the in-filled wall TMD is set in the top two floor, the tune frequency function of the TMD is various in different peak value of seismic acceleration too. Therefore, the frequency domain response of the in-filled wall TMD structure is related to the setting of TMD and the peak value of input seismic wave. The function of tune frequency function and vibration control can affected by the peak value of earthquake wave.
