摘要

基于动态载荷的频域识别方法,对引射筒所受发动机试车产生的动态载荷进行识别。通过实验测量引射筒在试车过程中的动态响应;通过有限元计算方法获得载荷基函数对结构作用响应;采用最小二乘法获得引射筒所受动态载荷谱。计算识别所得载荷谱产生的动态响应,并与实验测量值比较,给出识别所得动态载荷谱误差,并分析误差产生原因。结果表明,频域载荷识别方法能较准确识别引射筒在发动机试车过程中所受动态载荷,可为工程研究提供参考。

Abstract

The paper is aimed to make a research on the dynamic load of ejector tube in the processing of engine testing on the basis of the frequency identification method. The author firstly measured The dynamic response of ejector tube in the processing of engine testing by experiments, then obtained the response of the structure activated by the basis function of load by FEM, finally got the result of the dynamic load of ejector tube by least squares method. The dynamic response of ejector tube activated by the identified dynamic load is also calculated and compared with the response of ejector tube in the engine testing measured by experiments. The error between the responses is obtained, and the cause of the error is analyzed. The result shows that the identification method in this paper can be used to identify the dynamic load of ejector tube in the processing of engine testing accurately, and it can provide a reference method for further engineering studies.
