Design methods for shape and size of auxetic honeycomb isolator have been studied deeply and the influence on vibration performance with the changing of shape parameters and cell wall thickness has also been explored。First, based on the finite element modal of dynamic analysis of auxetic honeycomb isolator, the influence curves of isolator stress, natural frequency, vibration level, vibration level difference with known cell wall thickness, cell breadth dimension, cell height dimension are obtained. Then one dynamic optimization models whose variables are cell wall thickness, cell breadth dimension and cell height dimension is built. Optimization results demonstrate the validation and effects of the influence curves of the shape parameters and can provide theoretical guidance for the design of auxetic honeycomb isolator.
