摘要

本文利用Galerkin原理,获得了具有对接焊接残余应力矩形簿板各阶振型函数所对应的自由振动方程;得到了具有对接焊接残余应力矩形簿板的固有频率计算方法。讨论研究得出了,残余应力越大,固有频率变化越大;频率阶数越高,受残余应力影响越大;材料密度和尺寸a、b越大,固有频率受残余应力影响越小等结论。

Abstract

The natural vibration equation of mode shapes of all orders abut quadrate thin plate with welding residual stress was obtained. The computational method of natural frequency of quadrate thin plate with welding residual stress was gotten. Some conclusions have been obtained. They are: (1) the larger the residual stress is, the larger the change of natural frequency is. (2)the higher the rank number are, the larger the influence of residual stress on frequency is, (3)the influence of residual stress on frequency of large density component is smaller than that of the small density ones,(4)the influence of residual stress on frequency of component with large measure a、b is smaller than that with small measure a、b.
