
能量平衡法在防弹性能估算中的应用研究
Research on Application of Energy Balance in Estimating Armor’s Ballistic Resistance Performance
为了合理设置装甲板,并进行有效的性能评估,使用图解方法研究了能量平衡原理在装甲板弹道性能估算中的应用,并以不饱和聚酯树脂基玄武岩纤维增强复合材料和钢为例进行了实验验证,研究表明:估算过程中虽然没有从装甲板的毁伤机理方面研究,并简化了抗弹性能的影响参数,但保证了较高的估算精度,预测速度偏差在50m/s以下,预测相对偏差在10%以下,能够满足工程需要。
In order to set rationalized armor-plates and effectively estimate armor’s ballistic performance, research on the theory of energy balance by pictures, and this method is used for estimating armor-plates’ ballistic performance. Results are validated by ballistic experiments of steel and basalt fiber composites which reinforced by unsaturated polyester. Studies show that: this method leave out of account armor’s damage mechanism, and simplify parameters, but get high precision of estimate. The V50 or Vt which is estimated by energy balance has a lower than 50m/s deviation, and relative deviation lower than 10%. It can meet engineering demands.
