摘要

如何确定湘江的粘弹性模型, 从而应用有限软件对橡胶制品进行动态特性分析是工程现今面临的一大堆难题。为此,本文首先研究了基于ANSYS对橡胶制品的动态特性分析方法, 而后提出了lsight集成ANSYS和MATLAB来确定橡胶粘弹性模型参数的优化反推法,最后应用该方法确定了某型橡胶金属环的粘弹性模式,并进行了验证。

Abstract

A new way ti identify the parameters of viscoelastic model of rubber, and the application of FEM for analyzing dynamic characterisics of rubber produxts were predented.The method to analyze dynamic characteristics of ribber products was studied. Anti-optimization method using the muilt-object optimization software ISIGHT,integrated with the ANSYS and MATLAB was introduced to identify the parameters of viscoelastic model of rubber. The method was also used to identify the parameters of viscoelastic model of a certain type of rubber metal rings. The results, compared with the exoerimental results, show that the approach is effective.
