摘要

针对传统空气弹簧刚度特性计算存在的问题,基于空气波动理论与弹性薄壳理论,提出了一种通过计算囊式空气弹簧的空气声压场和囊体应力场分布,进而确定其动刚度的有限元计算方法;并给出了运用该方法计算船用空气弹簧机械阻抗的实例,分析表明该方法合理可行,为囊式空气弹簧的动态特性分析计算提供了一种新思路。

Abstract

Aiming at common problems existing in conventional stiffness calculation of bellows type air spring and based on air wave theory and elastic shell theory, an finite element approach was presented to calculate air pressure field and shell stress field distributons and, then dynamic stiffness was achieved. An application instance of mechanical impedance calculation of marine air spring was given. Analysis shows that the method is feasible and provides a new idea of air spring dynamic characteristic analysis.
