摘要


对近年来转子系统耦合(多)故障的研究现状、进展进行了综述,包括裂纹-碰摩、松动-碰摩、不对中-碰摩、油膜失稳-碰摩等耦合故障形式,结合国内外有关耦合故障的研究成果,从动力学模型、非线性动力学特性、故障诊断和试验研究等方面来介绍该领域的研究现状,并阐述了对该领域相关发展方向的一些看法,最后对转子系统耦合故障今后工作研究的方向进行了展望。

Abstract

This paper provides an overview on the researches of coupling faults in rotor systems in recent years. These coupling faults mainly include crack coupled rub-impact, pedestal looseness coupled rub-impact, misalignment coupled rub-impact, oil film instability coupled rub-impact, etc. Combined with study developments of coupling faults, the research situation was summarized from the aspects, such as, dynamic model, nonlinear dynamic characteristics, fault diagnosis and model experiment. Some key problems for future study were also presented.
