摘要

新型旋转式压电惯性电机,是一种利用压电双晶片振子作为驱动元件,利用锯齿波作为激励电信号产生惯性冲击力的旋转电机。本文研究压电惯性电机振子在pzt元件激励下的冲击受迫响应。推导出了压电陶瓷片两端电压响应方程,以及压电振子梁的冲击受迫响应方程。分析了激励信号频率对振子梁端部响应的影响规律。同时,分析了不同激励信号占空比情况下振子梁端部响应变化规律,以及结构参数对电机驱动力矩的影响规律。分析了提高电机驱动力矩的有效途径。

Abstract

The new rotary piezoelectricity inertia motor,that utilizes the piezoelectric bimorphs as the drive components and electrical signal with the saw-tooth wave to produce the inertia impulse. This paper studies the piezoelectric inertial motor vibrator impact forced response inspired by the pzt components. Deduced the voltage response equation of piezoelectric element ends and the piezoelectric vibrator-beam impact forced response equation. Analyzed the excitation signal frequency to the end of vibrator-beam influence under work modle. Meanwhile, Analyzed the end of vibrator-beam response law under different duty cycles of excitation signal, as well as the impact of structural parameters to the motor. Analyzed the effective way of Improving motor drive torque.
