摘要

准确计算异步电机定子的振动模态和固有频率是降低电机噪声和振动的基础。该文基于异步电机简化的物理模型,利用三维有限元软件,全面研究了异步电机定子的固有频率和振动模态。根据等效替换原理,利用多个离散的耦合单元体等效替换铁芯的有限元模型,有效的提高了定子的计算结果的准确度。在综合考虑散热筋、加强筋、底脚和铁芯叠片结构对定子固有频率计算结果准确度的影响后,使得该有限元模型的计算结果达到了很高的准确度。计算结果与实验结果进行了比较验证。

Abstract

Calculation of the induction motor stator modal frequencies of an electrical machine accurately is the base of reducing acoustic noise and vibration. This paper presents a detailed research on the stator mode shapes and natural frequencies of induction motor by using 3D finite element technique, based on simplified modal. According to equivalent substitution principle, using some discrete unit entity to equivalent replace the finite element modal of core, the accuracy of the results is improved effectively .when The influence of laminated core and radiating ribs and enhanced ribs and feet on mode shapes and natural frequencies are investigated systematically, the results will have a very high accuracy. Predictions are validated against experimental results.
