摘要

弹上飞行环境参数测试是导弹飞行试验测试的主要内容,通常包括加速度、温度、应力应变以及各种结构响应/动作信号等,这些数据以数字量的方式存储于测试系统数据存储模块中,所以数据存储模块是整个测试系统在发射/分离/抛射以及碰地等强冲击环境下需要保护的核心器件。介绍了弹载数据存储模块在高过载冲击条件下基于复合缓冲模块的防护技术,对保护装置的复合缓冲结构的缓冲机理从能量角度进行了探讨和研究,同时引入高过载冲击放大器加载试验技术,对获取的保护装置缓冲前后的加速度历程曲线进行了对比,得到了复合缓冲结构的缓冲效果,可以满足实际工程应用需要

Abstract

Test of environmental parameters are key features of the missile flight testing, usually including acceleration, temperature, stress and strain, as well as structural response/action signal, these data stored in the data storage module in a digital way. So data storage module is the core device need to protect of the whole test system in such as launch / separation / ejection and touch to the impact environment. Introduced protection technology based on composite buffer module, the buffer mechanism of the composite structure was discussed and studied from the view of energy, at the same time, apply high overload impact amplifier loading test technique. The acceleration curve obtained is compared, and the composite structure damping effect is obtained. The structure can satisfy the practical engineering application
