摘要

直线滚动导轨(LMG)是高速高精度数控机床的重要功能部件,导轨滑块结合面建模准确性对机床动态特性分析具有重大影响。基于模态理论和拉格朗日方程推导了直线滚动导轨动力学方程,通过MATLAB软件开发了计算程序,得出系统前五阶固有频率,并通过动态实验证明了理论模型的准确性。同时,分析了直线滚动导轨非线性刚度特性,揭示了预紧力和外部激励等因素对系统动态特性的影响,为进一步精确分析机床整机动态特性及性能优化奠定了基础。

Abstract

As a key component, modeling of linear motion guide (LMG) is important to the dynamic analysis of high speed and precision computer numerical control (CNC). The dynamic function of the LMG was founded based on modal theory and Lagrange equation, and the natural frequencies were calculated by the soft of MATLAB, then the result was proved by dynamic experiment. At the same time, relationship between preload and exciting force to the nonlinear dynamic characteristic of LMG was analyzed, which was the foundation of analyzing the dynamic characteristic and optimization of the whole machine tool.
