摘要

定性分析了直线筛在减振弹簧不同健康状态组合下的力学特性,基于此,分别对弹簧健康下直线筛传统单自由度力学模型及故障下突变二自由度、三自由度模型进行了动力学分析。利用突变瞬间系统状态参数不变的特点,总结了力学系统向自由度更多方向突变的过程及路线,最后,利用数值方法对突变过程进行了时域内的数值仿真。结果显示:弹簧故障引起的系统向多自由度力学模型突变时,时间历程中系统的振动响应加强,且可能表现出类似拍振现象。结论为直线筛弹簧故障下的力学特性分析以及系统时域内状态监测与故障诊断提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract

Firstly, a qualitative analysis on the dynamic characteristic of liner vibrating screen with different combinations of damping spring health state was put forward, and based on which, the 2-DOF catastrophic model and the 3-DOF catastrophic model under spring fault condition were established, respectively, followed by the corresponding dynamic analysis. Due to the conservation of system condition parameters before and after stiffness change, the process and route of the system model developing for more degrees of freedom was summarized, and moreover, a numerical simulation in time domain was conducted to illustrate that response of the liner vibrating screen system with spring fault becomes more intense and a beating vibration may occur as well, which provides a foundation for the dynamic analysis of liner vibrating screen with spring fault and the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis in time domain.
