摘要

自激振动是多边形磨损的必要条件,根据附着椭圆,驱动力对胎面侧向附着系数有很大的影响,从而改变了轮胎侧向自激振动情况。建立基于LuGre摩擦模型的胎面-路面单自由度系统,通过MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真实验,并分别以车速和摩擦系数作为分岔参数对系统进行Hopf分岔分析,分析了驱动轮胎面侧向自激振动产生的临界条件。研究表明小侧偏角下,驱动力使得胎面侧向自激振动消失。研究结果为多边形磨损机理的进一步研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract

Self-excited vibration is necessary to form polygonal wear of tire. According to the friction ellipse, the driving force has great effect on the tread lateral adhesion coefficient and it will change the lateral vibration of tread. The single degree of freedom model of tread-road-surface based on LuGre friction model was established. Then the system was analyzed with the driving speed and coefficient of friction as the bifurcation parameter and the critical conditions of Self-excited vibration on the driving wheel are discussed. The results show that the driving force causes the disappearance of Self-excited vibration in the case of small side angle.
