摘要

基于Adams对自行设计的内螺纹低频振动冷挤压振动加工装置进行动力学仿真,并以振动杆的角位移变化情况来考察内螺纹低频振动冷挤压加工过程中挤压丝锥棱齿的角位移变化情况。首先,建立该装置的动力学仿真模型;其次,基于单因素试验和正交试验方法获得该振动加工装置参数(包括振动板相对振动杆旋转中心高度、激振力和激振频率)对振动杆角位移变化幅度的影响规律。由仿真分析可知:(1)随着振动板相对振动杆旋转中心高度的增大,振动杆的角位移变化幅度则呈现增大趋势;随着激振力的增大,振动杆的角位移变化幅度呈现增大趋势;随着激振频率的增大,振动杆角位移变化幅度则呈现增大趋势。(2)激振力的变化对振动杆角位移的影响最为显著,其次是激振频率,最后是振动板相对振动杆旋转中心的高度。

Abstract

Dynamics simulation analysis was done for a vibration processing equipment of internal formed by cold extrusion based on low frequency vibration. And angular displacement of the vibration pole was used to study angular displacement of the extrusion tap. Firstly, parametric model of the vibration processing equipment was established; Secondly, through single factor experiments and an orthogonal test, the affect of three parameters on angular displacement curve of the vibration pole can be obtained.And it is shown that:(1) as height of the vibration plate to the rotation center increasing, angular displacement amplitude of the vibration pole is increasing .As the exciting force increasing, angular displacement amplitude of vibration pole is increasing.As the exciting frequency increasing, angular displacement amplitude of vibration pole is increasing.(2)The most significant effect on angular displacement amplitude of vibration pole is exciting force, then the exciting frequency,the final is the height of the vibration plate to the rotation center.
