摘要
专家工作站是水电机组维护系统的重要组成部分,是专家开展信息查询、分析与诊断以及调试和设置在线监测系统的重要工具。目前工作站一般采用安装专门应用软件的便携式计算机,需要到电站现场才能进行各项操作,不利于设备远程故障诊断的开展,因此需要实现网络化。根据HOMS专家工作站的功能需求,设计了网络化工作站的体系结构,阐述了其数据库组织形式,介绍了其主要功能以及实现方法。网络化工作站具有基于Internet/Intranet的开放式结构,实现了工作站各项功能的网络化远程操作,目前已在葛洲坝电站成功应用。实际应用表明,网络化工作站功能完备、实用性强,为水电机组远程状态监测与故障诊断提供了重要支持,具有很好的应用前景。
Abstract
The expert workstation is an important part of the maintenance system of hydropower sets , which is an important tool for the experts to carry out information inquiry , analysis and diagnosis as well as debugging and setting the online monitoring systems. Currently, the workstation commonly uses the portable computers with special software and the operations need to be carried out on the power station site, which is not conductive for remote fault diagnosis, so the networking is needed. The architecture of the networked workstation of HOMS is designed according to the function requirements. The database design is described and the main functions and implementation methods are introduced. The networked workstation is built on an Internet/Intranet open structure and the networking operation of the various functions of workstation is implemented. The networked workstation has been put into service successfully in the Gezhouba Hydropower Plant. The application result shows that the networked workstation is featured and practical and provides significant support for the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis for the hydropower sets with good prospects.
