摘要

为了实现悬架的主动减振及能量回收,将直线电机作为汽车主动悬架的作动器。设计了基于整车的主动悬架控制系统,控制直线电机根据路面激励输出相应主动力,同时根据直线电机的不同模式对其能量进行管理控制。采用七自由度整车模型进行仿真,结果表明所设计的控制系统能有效的改善车辆的舒适性,并且当阻尼系数选择恰当的情况下能够进行能量回馈。

Abstract

The linear motor was used as the vehicle active suspension actuator in order to damping and energy recovery. The control system of active suspension was designed, which control the linear motor to output the active force according to road surface excitation and manage the energy of linear motors from its different models. Seven degrees of freedom vehicle model was used for simulating. The results show that the designed control system can effectively improve the vehicle's comfort, and it can regenerate energy when the damping coefficient selected appropriately.
