摘要

运用Pro/E软件建立了无裂纹和含裂纹弧齿锥齿轮完整的三维接触模型,并基于有限元分析软件ANSYS对模型进行了仿真模拟与数值计算,分析了两种运行状态下,不同接触位置上的扭转啮合刚度。仿真结果表明:裂纹使弧齿锥齿轮的扭转啮合刚度变化更加剧烈。

Abstract

A three-dimensional contact model of a pair of spiral bevel gears with and without crack were respectively established by Pro/E software. The torsional mesh stiffnesses in different contact position under two different operating conditions with and without crack were simulated and calculated based on ANSYS software. The result shows that the crack accelerates the variation of the torsional mesh stiffness in the meshing process of spiral bevel gears.
