摘要

多齿分度盘是机械领域分度精度最高的元件,它通过上下齿盘啮合完成分度。在多齿分度台上下齿盘啮合时,牙齿间不可避免的存在着冲击,影响分度精度。根据动力学的相关理论,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA对上下齿盘建立弹性动力学模型,分析啮合牙齿的弹性体动力响应,及对分度精度的影响,并用实验验证。经过分析,当上齿盘下落高度为1mm,在文中中间位置下落,分度误差为0.08";左侧位置下落,分度误差为0.53"。实验得出,上齿盘下落高度为1 mm,在中间位置下落,分度误差为0.09";左侧位置下落,分度误差为0.55"。经过分析和实验可知,分度盘上齿盘由中间位置下落,且降低下落高度,可以减小齿面间冲击,提高分度精度。

Abstract

Teeth dividing table is divided by meshing between upper and lower tables,which has the highest dividing accuracy in mechanical field. The impact existing inevitably from teeth affects dividing precision when upper and lower tables is meshing. According to dynamics theory, elastic dynamics model of upper and lower tables were developed by ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the elastic dynamic response of meshing teeth was analyzed and tested by experiment. Analysis show that, when the falling height of upper table is 1 mm, dividing error is 0.08" while the upper plate falls in the middle position showed in this paper; dividing error is 0.53 " while the upper plate falls from the left side. Experiment indicates that, when the falling height of upper table is 1 mm, dividing error is 0.09" while upper table falls in the middle position; dividing error is 0.55" while upper table falls from the left side. The results show that the impact from teeth become smaller and the dividing precision get higher while the upper table falls in the middle position and the falling height is lower.
