摘要

首先针对目前在应用哈密尔顿原理建立车辆多体系统振动方程时需要借助手工推导的现状,对现有的“对号入座”法则进行了改进,使之与有限元分析中的计算机编码法相统一,能快速的应用计算机自动组建系统的振动方程;然后在建立全车-轨道垂向振动模型的基础上,应用该方法成功的建立了该振动系统的方程,并应用MATLAB编制了相应的计算程序;最后通过对焊接凹接头不平顺激励下车辆-轨道垂向振动特性的分析说明了该方法的正确性。

Abstract

Considering present situation that Hamilton theory need using complex manual deduction to establish vibration equations of the vehicle multi-body system, the principle of “set in the right position” in Hamilton theory was improved, to accord with the numeration rules in the finite element method, which can establish vibration equations of the system quickly using computer. Based on building the vertical model of the vehicle-track coupling system, vibration equations of this system was established using the above method, and a corresponding calculation program was compiled with MATLAB. Finally, the validity of this method was proved by analysis on vertical vibration characteristic of the vehicle-track coupling system under the track irregularities of welded concave joints.
