摘要

针对多轴连通式油气悬架对某型导弹发射车的振动性能的影响,基于1/4导弹发射车的数学模型和AMESim软件分别搭建了连通式油气悬架和独立式油气悬架的仿真模型。分析了这两种油气悬架刚度特性;研究了连通式油气悬架在不同的激励作用下对导弹发射车的振动性能影响,并与独立式油气悬架的导弹发射车的振动性能进行对比。研究结果表明:连通式油气悬架的刚度小于独立式油气悬架;连通式油气悬架能够有效降低车身振动加速度,平衡车桥载荷,减小车辆对地的破坏性。

Abstract

Faced with influence of multi-spindled interconnected hydropneumatic suspension(HPS) for missile launcher vibration characteristic, simulation models of interconnected HPS and independent HPS were built based on mathmatic model of 1/4 missile launcher and AMESim software. The stiffness characteristic of interconnected HPS and independent HPS was analysised; With different loads exciting,the vibration characteristic of missile launcher of interconnected HPS was studied, and compared with that of independent HPS. The results show : Interconnected HPS stiffness is less than that of independent HPS; Interconnected HPS can effectively improve the vibration characteristic of the missile launcher, balance of different axles loads,and reduce vehicle-to-ground destructiveness.
