摘要

矿用救生舱作为煤矿井下重要的逃生装备,舱体的抗爆炸冲击性能直接决定矿工的生命安全。为了评估某型移动式救生舱的动强度,建立舱体在瓦斯爆炸载荷作用下的全尺寸有限元模型,采用ABAQUS动态显式算法对舱体的整体和局部动态响应进行了分析,按照国家暂行规定获得了舱体正面和侧面承受最大峰值压力分别为0.72MPa和0.36MPa,研究结果为舱体的改进设计和安全使用提供科学依据。

Abstract

Mine rescue chamber as important equipment, its anti-explosion shock performance will affect miner’s life safety directly. In order to asses dynamic strength of some type movable refuge chamber, the full-scale finite element model of capsule is established under gas explosion. Overall and local dynamic response of chamber are analyzed by using explicit module of ABAQUS. According to state temporary regulation, maximum peak pressure acted at positive and side surface of capsule is 0.72MPa and 0.36MPa,respectively. Research results provide scientific foundation for modified design and safe use of chamber.
