摘要

针对高压管线系统振动剧烈的问题,基于压缩机主体无损和最大经济效益的原则,应用优化规划理论和方法,首次建立了管线系统动力特性优化的数学模型,并基于ANSYS平台利用APDL编程进行了优化计算,确定了系统振动的最优控制方案。对控制方案实施前后的振动测试数据进行了对比分析,分析结果说明改造效果良好。

Abstract

To solve the problem of the high pressure pipe system severe vibration,based on the principle of compressor nondestructive and economic benefit, the mathematical optimization model of the pipeline system dynamic characteristics was set up with optimization planning theory and method, and the optimization calculation was completed was calculated by APDL programming. As a result, the optimal control scheme has been determined. The comparison of the test vibration data before and after the applied control scheme is analyzed, indicating the reformation result is good.
