摘要

应用虚拟激励法,通过计算机数值模拟,分析了悬臂双盘转子系统在轴承回转随机动力激励、转子不平衡随机激励和地面随机地震激励下的随机响应.分析结果表明: 轴承回转随机动力激励对轴承的随机响应影响较大,对圆盘的随机响应影响较小,轴承刚度差应控制在一定的范围内;悬臂端圆盘和非悬臂端轴承的随机振动应该提起更多的关注。

Abstract

With the method of pseudo-excitation,the cantilever double-disc rotor system under the bearing rotary random power incentive, the random rotor imbalance excitation and the random response of the ground stationary random seismic excitation are analyzed by computer numerical simulation . The results show that: It is a greater impact on the random response of bearings by bearing rotary stochastic dynamic incentive, but it is less affected to disc random response, so that the bearing stiffness should be controlled within a certain range. Cantilever disc and the random vibration of non-cantilever bearing should be paid more attention to.
