摘要

建立了一个坐落在弹性舱段结构上的浮筏隔振系统,采用4个液压作动器和18个BE-400隔振器并联安装在浮筏和舱段结构之间,每个作动器独立地控制自己安装点处的加速度响应。基于滤波x-LMS算法和误差通道离线建模,采用加速度前馈控制对该系统进行了四输入四输出的主动隔振实验研究。实验结果表明:该主动隔振系统能有效地隔离上层浮筏结构向下层舱段结构的振动传递,激励频率处振动衰减量可达7dB~46dB,0~400Hz范围内整体振动衰减量达到3dB~8dB。

Abstract

An active floating raft vibration isolation system was developed. Four hydraulic actuators in parallel with eighteen BE-400 type passive resilient isolators were placed between the floating raft and the hull structure. Based on filtered-x LMS algorithm and off-line secondary path modeling, a four-input and four-output adaptive feedforward control strategy was employed experimentally, where each actuator was operated independently by feeding back the absolute acceleration near its mounting location. The experimental results show that the vibration level of error sensor positions on the flexible hull structure can be reduced greatly, active reductions are from about 7dB up to 46dB at the exciting frequencies, and 3dB~8dB total vibration reduction in the range of 0~400Hz are obtained experimentally for the multichannel control systems.
