The vibration fatigue reliability of actuator is one of the most important performances of AMT. According to car AMT, the sampling method of road load spectrum was established, and the sensors were installed reasonably, then vibration load spectrum of AMT and its actuator were collected in Xiangyang Proving Ground. Through pretreatment and repeatability inspection of load spectrum, the expected response signal of actuator’s vibration load spectrum was obtained. Based on Remote Parameter Control (RPC), the expected response signal simulation iterative algorithm of time-frequency error weighted was put forward. According to the algorithm, expected response signal of the actuator was iterated and simulated, and precise simulated response spectrum is obtained, vibration condition of AMT actuator is reproduced in door. At last, indoor vibration fatigue test method of AMT actuator is established, which provides an accurate and efficient method for fatigue reliability assessment of AMT actuator.
