摘要

为了探讨最佳的非线性被动隔振机构,针对滚子和球面接触式的非线性被动隔振系统进行了刚度建模、分析。并建立系统的ADAMS动力学模型。对模型进行了参数分析,探讨了机构各主要参数对其性能影响,并发现机构隔振性能随被隔振物体质量变化调整的主要参数。研究成果有助于非线性隔振器及非公路车辆座椅悬架隔振设计。

Abstract

In order to explore the best nonlinear passive vibration isolation mechanism, the stiffness of the nonlinear passive vibration isolation system of roller and spherical-contact is modeled and analyzed. And the ADAMS dynamic model of the system is established. Parameter analysis is carried out, influences of the main parameters on the performance is studied, and the main parameters which will be adjusted when the isolated mass changes is found. The research results are helpful to the nonlinear vibration isolator and non-road vehicle seat suspension design.
