摘要

机车车辆的噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)问题越来越受到关注,过大的振动噪声不但会降低乘坐舒适性,造成司机疲劳驾驶,还会缩短机车设备的使用寿命。与东风型内燃机车不同[1-4],HXN3型内燃机车司机室采用了枢轴支撑隔振结构(the pivot-mount isolation system)。但在运营中,该型机车出现了司机室振动过大的情况。本文将建立司机室隔振结构的6自由度动力学微分方程,计算司机室横、纵、垂三向的频率响应函数,对HXN3型内燃机车司机室隔振结构的隔振性能进行分析。

Abstract

Noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) in vehicle have received increased attention in the recent years. Excessive noise and vibration will shorten the service life of the instruments and reduce the ride comfort, make driver fatigue, affect safety. Compared with DF Series locomotive, a pivot-mount isolation system is applied to HXN3 diesel locomotive cab vibration isolation system. But the vibration of HXN3 diesel locomotive cab is always excessive. This paper analyzes the reason why HXN3 diesel locomotive cab vibration isolation system does not work via establishing the dynamic equations of cab, calculating the vibration frequency response function (FRF).
