摘要

建立了低速重载条件下水润滑橡胶合金轴承动力学模型,应用有限元软件进行了水润滑橡胶合金轴承在不同摩擦系数、载荷和速度条件下的复模态分析,结果表明水润滑橡胶合金轴承产生摩擦噪声时相邻模态重合;摩擦系数越大,模态耦合程度越高,系统越不稳定,发生噪声的可能性越大;载荷和速度对水润滑橡胶合金轴承产生摩擦噪声的影响较小。最后进行实验验证,结果表明该有限元模型对揭示低速重载条件下水润滑橡胶合金轴承摩擦噪声机理具有合理性,为进一步减小水润滑橡胶合金轴承振动、降低其噪声提供参考。

Abstract

A dynamical model of a water lubricated rubber alloy bearings system under low speed and heavy duty was established. Complex modal analysis method was used to analyze the friction-induced noises with different friction coefficient,load and speed. Results indicate that the systemic stability reduced and more frequently of vibration noise occurred with increasing friction coefficient, but both the load and speed have less impact for friction-induced noises. Finally, a comparison was made between the calculated and experimental results, it has been shown that the calculated model is reasonable, and it helps in reduced the vibration noise.
