摘要

无级变速器起步过程存在较大的冲击,离合器接合压力变化和摩擦片摩擦系数变化是引起起步冲击的主要原因。摩擦系数为不可控因素,控制离合器接合压力可实现对冲击度的抑制。重点研究了起步离合器模糊控制策略对冲击度的抑制效果,建立了基于模糊控制的整车数学模型,完成了平地工况的仿真分析,结果表明模糊控制策略能显著抑制起步时冲击度过大,有较大的应用价值。

Abstract

Large impulsion existed in the process of CVT start-up, the change of clutch engagement pressure and friction coefficient are the main reasons that caused starting impulsion, friction coefficient is uncontrollable, impulsion inhibition could be realized by control the clutch engagement pressure. The impulsion inhibition effect, which based on starting clutch fuzzy control strategy, is mainly introduced. The whole mathematical model which based on the fuzzy control is established. The simulation analysis of flatland start-up is accomplished. The results show that the fuzzy control strategy could restrain the impulsion significantly, and has a large use value.
