摘要

运载火箭和导弹结构常采用螺栓对接结构,这类结构在变形时呈现非线性特征。对这类结构的分析工程上多采用线性建模分析方法,无法反映其非线性特征,造成建模误差甚至错误。采用带有接触分析的有限元方法能够得到考虑非线性的计算结果,但是建模十分复杂,计算代价很大,且无法从解析上给出带有规律性的结论。本文针对这类结构建立动力学非线性解析模型,并利用该解析模型分析其动力学特性,得出了带有螺栓对接结构的火箭或导弹动特性一般意义上的规律,解释了工程上普遍遇到的现象。该模型不仅能够用于解析分析,也能够直接用于数值分析,较传统的接触非线性建模分析方法大为简化。

Abstract

The bolted joint structures are frequently adopted in the launch vehicles and missiles design. Such structures have the nonlinear characteristics in deforming. The linear modeling and analysis are often used in the realistic engineering for such structures, which can not reflect the nonlinear characteristics of the structures and results in some modeling error. The good results can be gotten by use of the numerical method of the nonlinear FEM modeling with the contact model, but such methods have the disadvantage that the models is very complex, the amount of the calculation for solving is great and the analytical solution is not achieved for some regular results. In this paper, the nonlinear analytical model for the bolted joint structures’ dynamics is proposed; the dynamic characteristics of the structure are researched based on the model; some general regularity for the dynamic characteristics of the launch vehicles and missiles with the bolted joint structures is gotten, that may well explain the phenomena reached in the engineering. The model proposed in this paper can be used not only in the analytical method, but also in the numerical method which can be greatly simplified.
