摘要

为研究车辆车轮踏面擦伤的动态检测及识别方法,建立车辆轨道耦合动力学模型及车轮擦伤模型,计算车辆动态响应;通过改进的经验模态分解(Empirical Mode Decomposition,EMD)、Hilbert-Huang变换(HHT)分析方法研究正常车轮与擦伤车轮引起的轴箱垂向振动特征,对比不同深度、长度车轮擦伤的Hilbert谱间差异及车辆运行速度对Hilbert谱影响;用小波包(Wavelet Package,WP)变换对擦伤程度定量判断。研究结果表明,该方法能有效对车轮踏面擦伤进行识别,且不受车速影响。

Abstract

In order to study the dynamic detection and identification method of wheel tread flat of railway vehicle, the vehicle track coupling dynamics model and the wheel flat model were set up firstly to calculate the vehicle dynamic response. And then, the axle-box vertical vibration characteristic created by normal wheel and wheel with flat respectively was studied by improved empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT), comparing the Hilbert spectrum difference between different depth and length flat wheel and the influence of running speed on Hilbert spectrum. Finally, quantitative judge the abrasion degree though wavelet package (WP) transform. The results show that the method could effectively identify wheel tread flat and without the influence of speed.
