摘要

针对凹版印刷机中烘箱内热风动力学性能及烘箱结构尺寸直接影响印品干燥效果问题,应用流体力学对烘箱内热风流态进行运动学、动力学及能量分析,采用计算流体力学方法对现有烘箱进行热风动态仿真与热风量化分析。仿真结果与实验数据表明,采用计算机仿真方法对烘箱结构进行流体动力学分析切实可行。通过计算与仿真分析,可明确烘箱内部工作状态,确定并优化关键工艺参数。研究结果可为凹版印刷机烘箱结构改进及优化提供理论依据。

Abstract

oven hot air dynamics performance and the oven structure of a gravure printing machine size directly affect printing drying effect. Application of fluid mechanics to the oven analyzes hot air flow kinematics, dynamics and energy, using computational fluid dynamics method to the existing oven conducts the analysis of hot air dynamic simulation and quantization. The simulation results and experimental datas showthat it is feasible to use the method of computer simulation on the fluid dynamics analysis of oven structure. Through the calculation and simulation analysis, the oven inner working states are cleared, the key process parameters are determined and optimized. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the improvement and optimization of gravure printing machine oven structure.
