摘要

以结构振动功率流为减振评价标准,基于金属铺层假设,以结构材料属性、材料铺层数量为设计变量,建立基于金属-复合材料的材料选型结构动力学优化模型。并以船艇钢-复合材料组合结构基座为例进行多设计变量、多约束条件的动力学优化研究。结果表明,采用功率流为目标的优化模型,结合金属-复合材料选型优化,可使船艇基座结构具有优异的抑振性能。计算结果验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract

The power flow level difference as reduction evaluation criterions in this paper, according the stacking sequence hypothesis of metal, the material property and layers number as design variable, the corresponding material selection optimization mathematical model of structural dynamic optimization based on metal-composite is established. In the end, taking the steel-composite integrated ships structure mounting as an example, the structural dynamic optimization design with multi-variables, multi- constraints problem is presented, and the optimization problems are solved. Computational results show that, defining the power flow model as objective function, combining the metal-composite material selection optimization method, the ships mounting structure will obtain have excellent vibration control capability. The numerical results show that the optimization method is effective and feasible.
