摘要

在航天领域中,力学环境较为恶劣。针对这种极端的力学环境,研究了一种双层减振与隔振系统,并分析了其在8000g的加速度冲击下的冲击响应谱。为了使系统具有较好的抗冲击能力,采用了一种橡胶减振器,并分析了影响橡胶减振器抗冲击能力的几个因素。实验表明,在8000g的加速度冲击下,双层减振结构的抗冲击能力优于单层减振结构,同时,橡胶减振器的安装跨度对系统的抗冲击能力也有很大的影响。这对航天产品的抗冲击分析及合理的结构设计具有重要的意义。

Abstract

In aerospace, mechanical environment was abominable,according to that, shock response of double-deck isolation system was studied, and the shock response spectrum under 8000g acceleration shock had been analyzed. Using a rubber damper to improve the shock resistance of system, and analyzing several factors for affecting shock resistance of rubber damper.The experiment show that, under 8000g acceleration shock, the shock resistance of double-deck isolation system is better than single-deck isolation system. Meanwhile, the span of rubber damper could affect the shock resistance of system. It is very important to the analysis of shock resistance and the structure design for aerospace products.
