摘要

轧机振动是世界范围内普遍存在的问题。针对某大型连轧机在轧制薄规格带钢时辊系发生严重水平振动现象,设计了一种液压振动抑制器,在辊系轴承座侧面施加振动载荷来抑制辊系的振动,利用MATLAB软件对液压振动抑制器的动态特性进行了仿真研究,结果表明该系统具有良好的辊系振动抑制效果。

Abstract

Hot strip rolling mill vibration is a common problem in the world.Aimed at the problem of vibration of certain large hot strip rolling mill when it is rolling the thin strip, dynamic characteristic of vibration suppression devices is simulated by using the MATLAB software.It is known according to the analysis, the stability and response of system is feasible. This research could be to theory base for mill vibration resistance.
