摘要

采用显式有限元软件ABAQUS/Explicit模拟了纤维增强复合材料层合板的侵彻行为。重点分析了弹头形状、纤维铺设方式、层数等因素对层合板抗弹性能的影响,给出了层合板在不同弹头冲击下的侵彻破坏特征和模态,获得了弹道极限速度。模拟结果与理论计算结果及已有实验结果进行了对比,吻合较好,这可为工程实际提供参考。

Abstract

The penetration behavior of a fiber reinforced composite laminated plate was simulated by using ABAQUS/Explicit finite element code. The influences of projectile geometries, fiber orientation and layers on ballistic performance had been analysised. The damage characteristic and mode for different projectile geometries were given, and the ballistic limit was obtained. It was shown that the simulation results were in good correlation with theories and available experimental results. These can be referred to engineering practice.
