摘要

为了更好地研究火炮发射过程中柔性身管和弹丸间的耦合作用,通过引入虚拟体,提出了一种经由虚拟体组成的模拟身管来间接传递弹炮间力元的方法,推导了含虚拟体项的弹炮刚柔耦合动力学方程。以某型火炮为例,引入弹炮系统模型,获得了在相同射击条件下试验测试数据和仿真计算结果的对比曲线,分析表明采用该方法建立的模型实现了弹炮间相互作用力的传递,并且能较真实反映弹丸在膛内的运动规律,为火炮发射动力学研究提供了一定的参考。

Abstract

To investigate better the coupling between the flexible barrel and the bullet during the artillery firing process, a method was presented by introducing the virtual substance, in which the force was passed indirectly through an analog barrel that is composed of virtual substances. And the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics equation of the projectile-barrel system including virtual substances was derived. Taking an artillery for an example, the system model was introduced, then the comparative curve between the experimental data and the calculation result under the same firing condition was obtained. The comparison shows that the present model can transfer the projectile-barrel collision force and reflect truly the law of projectile motion, which provides reference for artillery launch dynamics.
