摘要

以现有一典型梁板式钢制防护门为背景,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对其动力响应及抗力进行了评估,得出该门抗力满足设计要求,并留有一定冗余,进而又分析了骨架梁的存在,骨架梁的数量和布置方式,梁腹板的厚度和高度,梁翼缘板的厚度和宽度,上下面板的厚度,爆距、装药量和荷载作用时间等因素对防护门抗爆性能的影响规律,最后建立了较合理的工程计算模型,研究成果可为同类防护门设计与优化提供理论依据。

Abstract

On basis of an existing typical stiffened steel blast door, the research is focused on the evaluation of the corresponding resistance and dynamic response by using ABAQUS finite element software. It is demonstrated that the door resistance is satisfied with the designing requirements and hold in addition to maintain the enough allowance. All the factors that influence and regulate the blast-resistant properties of stiffened blast door are further analyzed including the number and layouts of stiffeners, thickness and height of beam web, thickness and width of beam flange, surface plate thickness, explosion distance, charge weight and duration of blast loading etc. Finally, a reasonable model for engineering calculations is built up. The results might provide a theoretical basis on designing and optimizing the similar blast doors.
