摘要
对一种新型汽车扭振减振器的动态工作特性进行试验研究,通过试验与理论相结合的方法,系统的研究了该减振器动态扭振特性。研究表明:减振器恢复扭矩与扭振振幅成典型的迟滞非线性,而且其动刚度是振幅的非线性函数;阻尼是振幅、频率的非线性函数,阻尼成分较丰富,既有干摩擦阻尼,又有粘性阻尼;建立的恢复扭矩混合阻尼动力学模型能够很好地描述这类非线性扭振减振器的迟滞特性,理论回线与试验回线吻合较好,为优化设计出高性能的汽车扭振减振器提供了理论依据。
Abstract
The dynamical working characteristics experiments were done on a new type torsional vibration damper for car,and its characteristics was studied by the methods combining experiments with theories. It is shown on examination that the relation of the damper recovery torque and torsional vibration amplitude is typical nonlinear hysteresis, besides its dynamical stiffness is the nonlinear function about amplitude. The damping is the nonlinear function on the amplitude and frequency, the composition of the damping that contains viscous damping and friction one is rich, the mixed damping dynamic model that is recovery torque can highly reflect the damping characteristics of the damper. The theoretical loops are close to that of the experiment in performance,which lays a theoretical foundation for designing the high performance torsional vibration damper for car.
