In order to study the influence of pantograph aerodynamic effect on pantograph-catenary dynamic as a high speed train passing the tunnel, the 3D aerodynamic model of the train included the pantograph, and a coupling dynamic model of the pantograph-catenary system are built. The relative motion of train is carried out through the sliding mesh technology, and the finite element volume method is used to solve the three-dimensional, compressible, unsteady N-S equation and two equation turbulence model. The aerodynamic uplift force of pantograph as the high-speed trains passing the tunnel with a speed of 350m/h is obtained. Besides that, the response of the pantograph-catenary dynamics considering aerodynamic uplift force or not are analyzed respectively. The results show that the aerodynamic uplift force of pantograph get its peak value at the entrance and exit of the tunnel, the aerodynamic uplift force of pantograph while the high speed train running inside the tunnel is higher than that on the open line, and the change of the aerodynamic uplift force of pantograph has a great effect on the contact force and the lifted displacement, which leads the quality of current collection to get worse.
