摘要

在非惯性系下建立太阳翼调姿过程中的横向弯曲振动运动方程,将零位移输入整形技术应用于调姿输入指令,用以抑制太阳翼调姿后的残余振动。搭建了步进电机驱动的太阳翼缩比梁模型,根据模型结构固有特性设计了四阶输入整形器,将其应用于调姿步进电机的输入信号,进行了六种工况的调姿实验。实验结果表明,该方案可有效抑制实验模型调姿后的残余振动,且具有较强的鲁棒性。

Abstract

The kinematic equation of transverse bending vibration of the solar array during attitude control is built in the non-inertia coordinate system, and the input shaping technique is utilized to process the system input in order to suppress the residual vibration of solar array. A beam scale model of the solar array driven by a step motor is built, and a fourth-order input shaper is designed according to the structural nature of the model and applied to the step motor input signal. Attitude control tests under six operating modes using the shaper are performed. From the test results, residual vibration is reduced remarkably with a good robustness
