摘要

增速齿轮箱作为风力发电系统的核心装置,其动态性能直接影响到整个风电系统。本文分析了兆瓦级风电齿轮箱基本结构及传动原理,对各级齿轮传动轮齿修形量进行分析计算,并确定其修形曲线及参数。在兆瓦级齿轮箱台架上对修形前后齿轮箱的动态特性进行试验分析,结果表明:合理的轮齿修形能提高风电齿轮箱的动态性能;齿轮箱振动频率主要集中在中间级啮合频率、高速级啮合频率及其倍频,修形后这些频率处的振动加速度、时域冲击、振动烈度均相应减少。研究为风电齿轮箱的修形和动态性能的优化提供了重要依据。

Abstract

Dynamic performance of growth gearbox which is the core device of wind power generating systems has a direct effect on the whole wind power system. This article analyzes the basic structure and driving principle of a megawatt level wind turbine gearbox, gear modification volume of all levels and tests dynamic performance of gearbox before and after modification on a megawatt level gearbox rank. The study reveals that rational gear modification will improve dynamic performance of wind turbine gearbox, the main frequencies of vibration of wind turbine focus on mesh frequencies and their multiple-frequencies of output stage and middle-class transmission. After modified,vibration acceleration, the time-history shock response spectrum and the vibration intensity will drop accordingly. It provides an important basis for modification of wind turbine gear box and optimization of dynamic performance.
