摘要

为研究腹板式钢制防屈曲支撑及普通支撑在动力荷载下力学性能,对装有腹板式钢制防屈曲支撑及普通支撑框架结构进行模拟地震振动台试验,比较两种支撑的减震效果。采用有限元方法进行振动台试验数值计算。试验及有限元分析结果均表明,腹板式钢制防屈曲支撑对结构位移反应有较好控制效果,为理想的消能装置。小震时两种框架结构层间位移基本相同,亦可为结构提供初始刚度;随地震峰值的增加框架结构层间位移远小于普通支撑框架结构,腹板式钢制防屈曲支撑可在主体结构进入弹塑性变形前消耗地震能量,降低结构损伤。

Abstract

The shaking table tests of a steel structure with Innovative H type Steel-Unbuckling-Brace and conventional central brace are conducted to compare the dynamic characteristics and seismic responses of the two braces, especially the effect of the two braces on seismic behaviors of the structure. The finite element analysis based is carried out and compared with the experimental result. The results of tests and calculations show that the Innovative H type Steel-Unbuckling-Brace presented here provides certain stiffness as the conventional central brace and the layer displacement of the two frameworks is the same in normal using. But layer displacement of the framework with H type Steel-Unbuckling-Brace is far less than that of conventional brace in the middle and strong earthquakes, because of the SUB dissipating earthquake input energy before the framework working into elastic-plastic degeneration and reducing structural damage.
