Joint interfaces static stiffness is closely related to connection mode、the bolted member stiffness and the joint part stiffness, it is very difficult to measure and calculate Joint interfaces static stiffness directly. Taking bolted joint interfaces as research objects, this paper establish a method of extracting normal static stiffness of bolted joint interfaces. First through the way of combination of the normal static stretching experiment and data processing, the joint part stiffness will be obtained. Then this paper performed optimizations to theoretical analysis for bolted member stiffness, and formed the refined analytic formula. Exploiting relationships among joint interfaces static stiffness、the bolted member stiffness and the joint part stiffness quite efficiently, we can extract normal static stiffness of bolted joint interfaces from the whole bolted joint part stiffness. In accordance with the above analysis the results, the nonlinear characteristic curve of normal static stiffness of bolted joint interfaces corresponding to effective contact pressure,can be extracted exactly. This paper provided a new way to the in-depth study about Joint interfaces static stiffness.
