摘要

针对工作环境恶劣及结构紧凑场合,提出新型剪切粘滞阻尼器在线消除转子碰摩振动。用有限元理论研究该阻尼器对支撑在滑动油膜轴承的单盘碰摩转子系统抑振作用。其数学模型为含非线性碰摩力、线性油膜力及外加剪切阻尼力的振动系统,并采用四阶Runge-Kutta方法进行数值计算,对比分析碰摩转子在施加该阻尼器后的振动响应。在理论分析基础上进行实验验证。仿真计算与实验结果表明该阻尼器可有效消除碰摩转子系统复杂轴心轨迹及二倍频等高频振动幅值。

Abstract

A new shear viscous damper for on-line eliminate of rotor rubbing vibration was proposed aiming at fitting for the poor working conditions and compact structure cases. The vibration suppression effect of the damper for a single disc rotor system supporting on the sliding film bearings was theoretically study by the finite element method. Its mathematical model was a vibration system including nonlinear rub force, nonlinear oil film force and the applied shear damping force, numerical calculation for it by the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method, and the vibration response for rubbing rotor after applied the damper was analyzed comparatively. Theoretical results obtained from the numerical simulations of the model are verified by the experimental study. Simulation and experiment results show that the damper can effectively eliminate the complexity rub rotor system orbit and two or other high-frequency vibration peak,.
