摘要

进行某型纯电动车整车振动试验,给出整车模态频率排布图,全面把握其振动特性,包括激励阶次特性、传递路径、瞬态振动特性及整车舒适性等。汇总该车试验中出现的振动现象,对比电动车与传统车在激励特性、振动幅值特性两方面的异同。所得结论可为电动车振动故障诊断及相关系统优化改进提供试验支持。

Abstract

Vibration tests of a pure electric vehicle were conducted, modal frequency alignment was given, a comprehensive grasp of the vibration characteristics were shown, including order characteristics of motivation and their transmission paths, transient vibration and vehicle comfort evaluation problems. The vibration problems appeared in the test were summarized, incentives characteristics and amplitude values were compared between the traditional vehicle and the electric one. The conclusions can be used in the electric vehicle’s vibration problem solving, and provide experiment guidance in related system improvements.
