摘要

基于有限元法建立了车辆-轨道空间非线性耦合系统动力学模型,提出了将迹线法融入交叉迭代法求解车辆-轨道空间非线性耦合系统动力学的方法。车辆-轨道空间非线性耦合模型包含车辆子系统和轨道子系统,其中车辆子系统为31自由度的整车模型,轨道子系统采用空间梁单元、黏弹性弹簧阻尼元件和三维块体单元模拟,两子系统通过轮轨相互作用实现耦合。轮轨接触几何关系采用“迹线法”与“最小距离法”计算,运用Newmark数值积分交叉求解车辆子系统动力学方程和轨道子系统动力学方程。为验证算法的可行性,进行了算例对比计算。作为应用实例,分析了CRH2高速动车通过CRTSⅡ无砟轨道时引起车辆和轨道结构的动力响应,并选择列车速度和轨道不平顺对车辆-轨道耦合系统动力响应的影响进行了参数分析。计算结果表明:将迹线法融入交叉迭代法求解车辆-轨道空间非线性耦合系统动力问题的算法具有计算精度高、收敛速度快和程序编制容易的特点。

Abstract

Based on the finite element method (FEM), a vehicle-track space nonlinear coupling system dynamics model is established, and a method is proposed to solve the vehicle-track space nonlinear coupling system dynamics by combining the trace method with the cross iteration method. The vehicle-track spatial nonlinear coupling model consists of the vehicle subsystem and the track structure subsystem. The vehicle subsystem is a 31-DOF vehicle model, and the track subsystem is simulated by space beam element, viscoelastic spring damping element and 3D block element. Coupling of the two subsystems is realized by wheel-rail interaction. The geometric relation of wheel-rail contact is calculated by "trace method" and "minimum distance method", and the Newmark numerical integration is used to solve the vehicle subsystem dynamics equation and the track subsystem dynamics equation by crossing. In order to verify the feasibility of the algorithm, an example is compared and calculated. As an application example, the dynamic response of the vehicle and the track structure induced by CRH2 high-speed train passing the CRTS II ballastless track is analyzed, and the influence of the train speed and the track irregularity on the dynamic response of the vehicle-track coupling system is investigated. The results show that the algorithm combining trace method with cross iteration method has the characteristics of high precision, fast convergence and easy programming.
