摘要

电液位置伺服系统在起动、换向以及动态过程中,对液压源流量的需求很大,当液压源供油能力相对不足时,产生液压冲击。为解决这一问题,提出利用液压执行器的速度信号抑制冲击的方法。通过检测执行器速度计算出执行器高压腔体积变化所产生的体积流量,当该体积流量大于液压源所能提供的最大实际流量时,冲击过程中出现暂短的压力急降现象,通过调整电液伺服阀输入信号,使执行器实际流量始终小于液压源所能提供的流量,达到抑制冲击的目的。仿真和试验均显示,该方法易于实现,可明显抑制电液伺服系统中因流量不足引起的冲击。

Abstract

The electro-hydraulic position servo system has a large demand of source oil flow rate in starting, reversing and dynamic processes. Hydraulic impact might appear when the supply flow rate is not enough to supply to the servo system. To solve this problem, a novel method with velocity feedback is proposed. The actuator velocity is detected and the volume flow rate caused by volume deference of the actuator’s high pressure chamber can be calculated. When the volume flow rate is larger than the actual flow rate supplied by the oil source, a shorter process of source pressure sudden drop will appear. With adjusting the servo valve’s input, the actuator’s actual flow rate can be controlled always less than the supply flow rate and the hydraulic impact can be eliminated. Simulation results and experiment results show that the proposed method is easy to realize, and the hydraulic impact caused by the insufficient source oil flow rate is restrained obviously.
