摘要

恶劣的战场环境中,传统橡胶轮胎无法承受炸弹和地雷的袭击,致使人车安全受到威胁,影响作战任务的完成。为了提高轮胎的防扎刺、防爆胎及防弹性能,本文从弹簧的径向承载方式构思,提出了一种基于改变轮胎材质的防护增强技术。其依靠接地弹簧环产生径向力,实现承载目的。通过理论计算确定了弹簧轮胎的线径,仿真分析获得了弹簧线径d、弹簧中径D、轮胎转角θ等物理参数与轮胎径向刚度的关系,讨论了弹簧轮胎的振动和噪声特性。结合先期原理试验,初步验证了该技术能够满足轮胎的承载要求,从而为提高车辆安全防护能力,保障作战任务的顺利完成提供了一种新方法。

Abstract

The safety of people and vehicles and the completion of combat mission was threatened as traditional rubber tires can not withstand the attacks of bomb and landmine in harsh environment. In order to improve tire performance of puncture-proof, explosion prevention and bullet-proof, a new type technique of strengthening protection through the radial direction force pattern was put forward in this paper, based of changing the material of tire. The mechanics purpose was achieved by the radial force of spring on the ground. Made theory calculation to obtain the diameter of spring and made simulation to research the relationship between radial stiffness and spring diameter, spring middle diameter, tire angle, etc, the spring tire vibration and noise characteristics were discussed. Combined of simulation analysis and the theory experiments in advance, it validated that the technique is an efficient method that can strengthening the protection of vehicle and support the completion of combat mission by getting the mechanics criterion.
